Mok Pa (ໝົກປາ) is fish steamed in a banana leaf.

INGREDIENTS
2-3 pounds Catfish (or any fish you like)
1/2 cup Padek (ferment fish sauce)
Fish Sauce
Salt
MSG (optional)
4-5 stalks Lemongrass, sliced
~12 Chili Peppers
Sticky Rice, uncooked, soaked at least 30 minutes
15 Shallots, sliced
15-20 Kaffir Lime Leaves, sliced or whole
6 Asian Eggplants, sliced
Dill (or lemon basil or rice paddy herb)
Banana leaves
