Paano gumawa ng calamares for business kung gamit ay fresh na pusit. I-shinare ko sa video yung tips at kung magkano yung nagastos at nasa ibaba yung kumpletong sangkap ng pag-gawa ng Calamares. Gumawa ako ng dalawang version nito ng calamares na pang recto style at sa susunod kong video i-pa-publish.

Here is how to make Calamares for business if using fresh squid. I spent PHP 236.00 to make this. I made two versions of Calamares, another one is ready-made squid rings available at all groceries in the Philippines and Asian store.

This is (P 236.00) how much I spent and bought all the ingredients:


1/2 k Fresh squid (40 slices squid rings) - 126

For batter:

1 tsp baking powder - 13
1/4 cup cornstarch (Queen) - 18
1 cup All-Purpose Flour (Maya) for dusting/coating - 43
1 1/2 cup of All-Purpose Flour (Maya) for batter
1/2 tsp salt
1 pinck black ground pepper - 3
1 pack Ginisa Mix - 4
1 cup water

For deep frying squid ring:

300 ml Cooking oil (Orchids Brand)
