When you are feeling dizzy, it will not help if you would try to stand because this will not help at all. What it will just do is let you topple to the ground and fall. You can sit or lie down so that your body will adjust and you will not feel dizzy anymore.
Make sure that you will remain seated for about a couple of minutes or at least until the dizziness has passed.
If you can still do it, place your head between your legs because this will help you gain a sense of balance and get rid of your dizzy feelings.
