Serving Size = 6 Foodies

Ingredients:
- 2 lb pork shoulder, butt or belly
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp fermented bean curd (use the red one if you don't want to use food coloring)
- 1/4 cup fermented bean curd juice (use the red one if you don't want to use food coloring)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp five spice
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp minced ginger

Instructions:
1) Mix 2 lb pork with marinade (1/3 cup honey, 1/4 cup hoisin sauce, 2 tbsp fermented bean curd, 1/4 cup fermented bean curd juice, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp shaoxing wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tsp five spice, 1 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp salt, 5 cloves minced garlic, 2 tbsp minced ginger).
2) Marinate for 4 hrs to 2 days in fridge.
3) Place the pork on a baking rack + drip pan.
4) Bake for 45 min @375F.
5) Every 10-15 min, baste the pork with the leftover marinade, flip the pork and baste the other side.
