Every time I make Lechon sauce, I add 1 ingredient that will make my Lechon tasty and flavorful the same recipe from Restaurant style. Lechon sauce is tasty when you add this ingredient. How to make No-Oven Pork Belly Lechon:

LECHON SAUCE INGREDIENTS for Chicken/Pork Lechon (Lechon Baboy and Lechon Manok): Adjust if needed.
1 tbsp. minced garlic (for toppings)
1-2 tbsps oil
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped onion
9 ounces (medium) liver spread
3 1/2 cups brined water solution from pork belly (Chicken or Pork Lechon)
1 tsp curry powder
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
SALT & PEPPER to taste (adjust according to your taste)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
If you want your Lechon Sauce to be a little bit watery consistency
- use 1/3 cup bread crumbs.
1/2 cup bread crumbs gives you thick consistency for our Lechon Sauce.
For the brining water solution, you can use water same measurement as the brined water.
