3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
7 egg yolks
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 water
FOr the meringue
7 eggwhites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
3/4 cup sugar
For the white chocolate ganace optional
100 ml cream
290 g whitebaking chocolate
FOr the Shards
150 g baking chocolate melted +extra for drizzling
