This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Are you living your passion every day? Eight year old Austyn Johnson is -- she found dancing early in life. She delights the audience with a short talk and beautiful performance.

Austyn Johnson, age eight, started dancing when she was just three years old. She studies ballet at Rafael Grigorian’s School of Classical Ballet in Elmira, New York. For choreography and an intense focus on technique, she also trains privately with Arian Keddell in Elmira. Last summer, Austyn began traveling to Pittsburgh to work with artistic director Chelsea Sebes. In July 2014, Austyn earned the title “Hollywood Vibe Junior Dancer of the Year” at a national dance competition in Anaheim, California.

About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
