Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced an extension of Canada's leadership role in NATO's Latvia mission in a visit to the Baltic nation. Trudeau also announced Canada will not meet NATO's benchmark for defence spending putting him on a political collision course with U.S. President Donald Trump.
